Bronwyn Ison –  Director of Communications, Editor, and TV Host for Trivita, an integrative wellness company in Scottsdale, AZ.  Prior to her recent relocation, Bronwyn is the Founder of Evolve Yoga, once a brick and mortar in La Quinta, CA. for 8 years.  She is also the Founder of EvolveYogaOnline.com, Yoga On Demand, and 7-Principles to Self-Care and Confidence, two signature online programs that encourage overall well-being.  Bronwyn attended Arizona State University and is a Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism from the prestigious Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Recognized nationally by Women’s Health Magazine since 2015, featured in Huffington Post, Palm Springs Life, Desert Health News, CV Weekly, and more.  lululemon recognized Bronwyn as a Brand Ambassador for two terms.  She can be found speaking and instructing at wellness conferences throughout the United States. She describes her principles as tools within a toolbelt. As we journey through life we may need a certain tool to amend an issue based upon our previous experiences. The seven principles are significant and practical tools to help you improve your confidence and self-care no matter where you are in your life. Each principle is designed to aid as a daily and friendly reminder, that you too, can live a healthy, prosperous and confident life.
