Per the wise words of Bonnie Marcus, ForbesWomen, …” We’ve all heard the advice that networking is important for our careers.  Regardless of your profession, your industry, or demographic, the message is loud and clear.  If you want to be successful, you need to spend time networking.”  It’s great advice.  But the critical missing piece to this advice is exactly how to network.  And while networking is certainly essential for professional success, it is also a skill important to the world of academia for students at all levels, and advantageous to a retiree building a network of experts to organize their finances and estate plan.

Fun facts about Michelle

Did an internship in France at the age of 20 years old, and went on an African safari in Tanzania.

Michelle possessed the curiosity and confidence to change her area of expertise, which meant “starting over” – 4 times. 

Michelle and her identical twin attend their family reunions on the shores of western Lake Michigan every 3 years. These reunions have 55 – 75 family members in attendance. Michelle loves traditions!
